Current Clients
Current clients can use an on-line portal to:
- Manage appointments (request, reschedule)
- Send/receive HIPAA-compliant secure messages
- Manage personal information
- Manage financial information (if applicable)
- See/download financial documents (invoices, superbills – used for insurance reimbursement).
All clients have access to the Simple Practice Client Portal for Empowering Presence, LLC, and the Simple Practice Client Portal app (see your app store) to help make accessing the portal easier.
Clients using commercial insurance ALSO have access to their Headway portal; this is managed entirely by Headway, not Empowering Presence, LLC. Check out this Headway Profile to see current insurance accepted and to communicate with Headway to see if your specific plan is in-network with Headway and Empowering Presence, LLC.
New Client Inquiries
New inquiries can use the button below to submit an inquiry form. (Information is submitted into the HIPAA-compliant client management system.) Or if you’re ready to schedule an initial consultation, click on that button to choose a time and in that process you’ll also be asked to complete a basic inquiry form.
